After Asia, Africa is the second-largest and most populous continent in the world. It covers 20% of the planet’s land area and about 30.3 million km2 (including nearby islands), or 6% of the planet’s total surface. As of 2021, it had 1.4 billion residents, or about 18% of the world’s population (Wikipedia Contributors, 2019).

In the coming years, keep an eye out for this continent called Africa, and don’t say I didn’t warn you that each continent has its own season of manifestation. Africa needs to rise to prominence. I see most investors, including tech powerhouses and airlines, not giving it the attention it deserves because of the past story and history that most of them inherited. Only those who make an investment in it now will reap the harvest that is embedded in it; you don’t know anything about the majority of them, and they don’t even understand its meaning.

Benefits of Doing Business in Africa

The top five advantages of conducting business in Africa, according to Maguire (2022), are as follows.

Rapid Adopters High adopters are common across the continent, which is essential for any organization.

Young workforce, infrastructure investment, and resource-rich country with a good return on foreign direct investment. Africa is undoubtedly the next location for the next technological revolution given the rise in labor costs in China, which supports China’s significant investment in the continent. As a result, any global drive by any business to position itself in Africa is a beneficial strategic move with a high return on investment.

    I love the write up , talking about Africa, with the growing population at a rise, i can see African trying to build houses because we are really running on shortage of it.
    I can see where kenya are using Plastic waste to build Houses, come to think of it again urban real estate is growing bigger everyday.
    Africa have millions deficit of houses
    We are getting somewhere gradually.
    I can really see the progress African is making on that aspect . A future Bride indeed.
